“It’s been nearly a year, and people have doxxed my kids because of this,” Starbuck told Fox News Digital. “It’s too late to solve this with an apology.”

“This is unacceptable,” Kaplan posted. “We’re sorry for the results the AI shared about you, and we’re working with our product team to understand how this happened and prevent it in the future.”

However, Starbuck remained unmoved by the apology.

“I don’t think the company operated in good faith,” he said. “They need to commit to serious long-term changes and be held accountable for the damage caused. A formal public apology is just the start.”
