Artificial Intelligence soon make humans look like monkeys-Elon musk

Elon Musk said that sooner or later, artificial intelligence will create highly intelligent robots that will make humans appear like chimps.

At an event in Shanghai with Alibaba’s billionaire founder Jack Ma, SpaceX/Tesla CEO Musk compared the intelligence gap between humans and robots to the intelligence gap between humans and monkeys.

Elon Musk said, “A monkey can never understand humans,” in the same way that humans cannot understand highly artificial intelligence-powered robots.

Musk also mentioned that many people underestimate the capabilities of artificial intelligence. However, he believes it will be beyond human control, as AI will be much smarter than the world’s smartest humans. Allowing the development of full artificial intelligence, he warned, could potentially lead to the extinction of the entire human race.
